Fireshine wanted to ensure a successful launch, hitting their sales targets but with only a very small indie budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we marketed Gestalt: Steam &amp; Cinder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Green Man Gaming Store<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenmangaming.com\/games\/gestalt-steam-cinder-pc\/\">Gestalt: Steam &amp; Cinder<\/a> was featured on the homepage carousel the Green Man Gaming store home page for one week, and was then featured on our Featured Deal and New Releases pages to give the indie title some spot light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"993\" height=\"705\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenmangaming.com/company\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-15-123552.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2040\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greenmangaming.com/company\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-15-123552.png 993w, https:\/\/www.greenmangaming.com/company\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-15-123552-300x213.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greenmangaming.com/company\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-15-123552-768x545.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEO rich blog<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We wrote a customer facing blog post on the game, looking at the genre, gameplay, art style, and lore, helping raise awareness will also boosting their performance in organic search thanks to link-building and targeted keywords.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PPC Google Ads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On a very modest budget (less than \u00a31000) we ran series of Google Ads across multiple territories, generating over 276,000 impressions for a very low cost-per-click \u00a30.18. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All ads pointed to the Green Man Gaming store so that we could track with accuracy how many conversions we drove even breaking it down to which ad assets and by country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly our Demand Gen campaign in the US drove the most impressions with 225,781, Clicks 1,748, Avg. CPC of \u00a30.10. The avg. We asked our community why they wanted to win the game.
